My Take on the OVer-Applauded Slum dog millionaire..!!

Crazy is wad u'll think of me after reading this..But thats the way i am..People hu knoe me will testify to that..

Slum Dog Millionaire-The movie that moved millions worldwide..YEAH..!!I liked the movie..its lovely so no comments on that..But its just that i dont understand why Indians are getting so excited about it..Its like proving our dumbness altogether again..Its like bloody accepting wad the movie potrays-A poverty stricken, clumsy, corrupted, indecent, morally corrupt N a selfish India...Yeah...u might be saying..Dude "thats wad we r"..Wont say no to that..!But wad i cant seem to comprehend is the fact that we Indains are getting so excited about this..its as if we're proud of it n we agree n accept it..(lolzzz)..India was used in this movie..Simply for the fact that you cant get such filthy sets anywhere els in the world..

The movie was great n it deserved the oscars it got n Hats off to A.R.Rahman...!But wad m saying is that India instead of feeling great about this movie must stand up n notice o rather feel ashamed for wad it is n has to strive for a better India..!It must consider this movie as a catalyst for improvement...thats was it needs to do...!

it shows india in the wrong light...
if any indian director wud have made,it it wud have been ridiculed....but cuz an englishman did it,we are rejoicing...but the truth is,it's not even such a gr8 movie...

the tougher job is ahead of maintaining it and keepin it goin.Al de best!!
k so abt this movie.I totally agree with yu on a few points of portraying India in the wrong light and stuff like "using" India as a bait. but anyways.
people tend to forget its just a movie and there are a few subtleties which they might have missed outThe movie raises social issues pretty well. That it avoids answering them is altogether a separate matter. To provoke and entertain is a job well done. Finding answers is altogether a different thing..I dont expect that from a movie and not even from a documentary..so I think the movie has depth..but it is much more like watching Federer - there are subtleties in the ground strokes that are easy to miss if observed just casually.
